It’s a kind of avant-garde art. Creating an image using the human body, where the imprint of the subject or texture is an image tool, and the body is the form and surface. Body is considered as an object for manipulation and the increased interest is a restricted existential situation. Frottage, invented in 1925 by Max Ernst, is a technique of transferring texture and relief of the material to the surface now got a new approach due to combination of body, skin and photography.

Work on frottage is the the constant search of the sexuality boundaries, exploration the topology of naked human body and making it abstract but keeping it alive. Human embodiment is a unique surface, where society leave moral traces. Bodyfrottage makes that traces palpable. The photo captures moment, the bodyfrottage captures the trace of the moment.
